As the demand for renewable energy continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our fast growing Administrative Department as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to the company's overall strategy.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail in managing recruitment processes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Passion for sustainability and renewable energy solutions.

Pay:
$35, $60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
