- 7+ years of experience managing development or implementation projects, preferably within a large technology organization. 10+ years preferred.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical foundation with the ability to translate data into actionable and relevant insights.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral, written, listening and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in business terms using simple, concise, and relatable examples.
- Ability to successfully engage and establish cooperative working relationships with Associates at various lines of business.

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Sr Program Manager to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
