Responsibilities:

Room Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
Common Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas such as hallways, lounges, and dining areas, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
Laundry Duties: Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing according to established procedures.
Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste and hazardous materials in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management of any shortages or equipment malfunctions.

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with residents and staff.
Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required by the facility.
