- Experienced claims professional responsible for overseeing the adjustment and resolution of recreational and commercial inland and ocean marine claims.
- The right candidate must possess technical expertise and acumen to successfully move claims to resolution.
- 3+ years of experience in Marine claims or equivalent in a Maritime field
- Candidate must have proven technical knowledge in the investigation and analysis of recreational and commercial marine claims.
- College degree or equivalent business experience is required.
- Candidate must demonstrate an ability to work in a collaborative fashion with a wide spectrum of people, develop and maintain strong business relationships within claims and with underwriting partners.
- Must be an excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to address diverse audiences.
- Candidate must be both service and results driven, highly analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to make timely and appropriate decisions.

The Chubb North American Marine team services several business units within Chubb with diverse books of business involving recreational marine, ocean marine and inland marine. This position manages pending inventory and daily workflow of incoming claims while ensuring high customer service levels and compliance with best practices are being met. The claim profiles range from recreational marine including mega yacht, marina property, ocean cargo and inland marine including contractor's equipment, motor truck cargo, warehouse legal liability and rigger's liability.
***This role operates on a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and must sit in any of the listed office locations.
