    Job Title: Building Engineer II

    We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer II to join our team. As a Building Engineer II, you will be responsible for the mechanical and structural upkeep of our building, ensuring that it is safe and running smoothly. You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all systems are functioning properly and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.

    Requirements:

    Responsibilities:

    Perform routine maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

    Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with building systems

    Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify any potential issues or hazards

    Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed and that the building is up to code

    Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed

    Communicate with tenants and other building staff to address any concerns or issues

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Vocational training in building maintenance or a related field

    At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field

    Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

    Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
