    Job Overview


    The Vice President of Financial Reporting will assume leadership of the External Financial Reporting team, spearheading the execution of various SEC filings and other external financial reporting initiatives.

    Responsibilities


    Lead and oversee the Financial Reporting team in the preparation and review of all SEC reporting, encompassing the annual report, 10-K, 10-Q, earnings releases, 8-K, proxy statements, and XBRL tagging.

    Compile financial statements, footnotes, management's discussion and analysis, and other disclosures in adherence to General Acceptable Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the Company's control environment.

    Review and reinforce controls related to financial information in the company's external communications, including investor/analyst conferences, earnings calls, and releases.

    Prepare and/or support quarterly and annual reporting to the Board of Directors, Disclosure Committee, and Audit Committee.
    Develop and maintain the quarterly reporting calendar, liaising with external auditors, executives, Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations departments.
    Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate quarterly reviews and annual audits.
    Foster collaborative relationships within Finance, Operations, and Risk departments, and partner with business units on ad hoc projects.


    Requirements:


    Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, gained from public accounting and/or public multinational companies; including tenure at a Big 4 accounting firm (preferably at the manager level or above).

    Prior hands-on experience with SEC reporting is essential.
    CPA license is required.


    Core Competencies:
    Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
    Profound understanding of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.
    Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
    Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.


    Preferences:
    Experience with Workiva is advantageous.
