This position is flexible, and the ideal candidate will be willing to be in office up to 4 days/week.
    The

    Manager of Accounting


    will participate in:
    Financial statement preparation including SEC filings (10K, 10Q and footnote disclosures) and corporate financial statements
    Ensure accounting policies are in compliance with GAAP and are current with new accounting pronouncements
    Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
    Lead projects related to accounting changes, audits and system improvements
    Drive improvements in processes, procedures and internal controls which ensure a highly accurate, efficient, and robust reporting function.
    Assist with M&A activity with acquisition target analysis/valuation and post-acquisition integrations

    Candidate Qualifications:
    BS/BA in Accounting with Masters in Accounting preferred
    CPA (Active) Strongly Preferred
    5+ years of experience in

    public accounting

    and/or financial reporting including experience with SEC reporting
    Excellent written and oral communication
    Proven track record of leadership and success, with desire to grow with a great company
