Responsibilities

Utilize existing customer base with data mining tools to identify opportunities for vehicle upgrades
Work with the Used Car Manager to identify current vehicle needs
Use strong decisionmaking and active listening skills to think progressively about customer needs and service
Demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for vehicles and services
Educate customers on the options available through Vehicle Exchange
Be a liaison to customers while their car is being serviced
Deliver vehicles to customers while confirming customers understanding of vehicle features and warranties to build customer relationships and dealership loyalty
Meet with the management team regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
Be outgoing, friendly, energetic, and professional with excellent customer service, attentiveness, and followup skills

Requirements:

Sales experience or experience in customer service such as retail, restaurant, call center setting, etc., is preferred but not required (sales training provided)
Ability to learn data mining tools and software (eLeads experience a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
Driven, competitive, and willing to work in a team environment
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Able to pass a preemployment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug screen
Must have a valid driver's license
