Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Development to join our team.

The Director of Development will be responsible for overseeing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our organization's mission and goals.

This role requires a strong background in development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with donors and stakeholders.

Duties:

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet annual revenue goals
• Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations
• Manage donor stewardship activities, including acknowledgment letters, donor recognition events, and ongoing communication
• Conduct prospect research to identify new funding opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
• Utilize social media platforms to engage with donors and promote fundraising initiatives
• Oversee data collection and analysis to measure fundraising effectiveness
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in development
• Plan and execute special events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a school or educational setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in volunteer management is highly desirable
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative fundraising strategies
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay:
$88, $110,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Fundraising: 1 year (preferred)
