Role Overview: As the Intermediate Project Manager, you will report directly to the President and work closely with the superintendent. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the project, from scheduling and coordinating meetings to managing drawings and ensuring compliance with construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage commercial new build projects, with a focus on car dealerships.
Utilize MSProject and Bluebeam software to create schedules, track progress, and manage drawings effectively.
Chair meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Juggle multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines.
Work collaboratively with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5+ years of experience in project management, with a preference for candidates with a strong educational background.
Experience in commercial new build projects, particularly in the dealership sector (ICI).
Familiarity with MSProject, scheduling software, and drawing management tools.
Ability to work independently and alongside a superintendent, with minimal supervisory obligations.
Willingness to work out of our Concord office and onsite in the Yonge and Steeles area.
