- Ability to work 6am to 5pm Monday thru Friday and an occasional Saturday.
- Work either residential or commercial housing new construction
- Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HVAC field, including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.
- Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specification and building codes
- Identify hazards and safety problems applicable to the installation, operations and take necessary corrective action
- Must be able to make decisions on the job site without disruption to the business or to work and job quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Capable of leading and empowering individuals within your respective team
- Oversee quality within your project(s)
- Communicate effectively with builders, general contractors, and project managers
- Build and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines
