    HVAC employees lead jobs, crews, and projects. Installers at Kimbel Mechanical work primarily new residential and multi-family construction.

    HVAC employees must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HVAC field, including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.


    HVAC Installer Qualifications:
    Ability to read blueprintsFollow instructions and complete quality control sheetsLeadership abilitiesDecision making skillsRelevant HVAC experience is a plusAbility to work 6am to 5pm Monday thru Friday and an occasional Saturday

    HVAC Installer Responsibilities:


    Work either residential or commercial housing new constructionMust have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HVAC field, including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.

    Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specification and building codesIdentify hazards and safety problems applicable to the installation, operations and take necessary corrective actionMust be able to make decisions on the job site without disruption to the business or to work and job qualityAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCapable of leading and empowering individuals within your respective teamOversee quality within your project(s)Communicate effectively with builders, general contractors, and project managersBuild and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines*Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
