The mission for this role is to be team members who provide students access to a quality high school education through the ThrivePoint system.

Student Success Coaches have a genuine passion for supporting at-risk students.

They believe ALL students can be successful when given access to opportunities to identify, build, and achieve their academic and personal goals with proper support.

• Work daily with student inperson and online
• Work closely with content teacher
• Insure that students are completing assigned tasks
• Insure that students receive appropriate support and interventions
• The Student Success Coach will guide students using standardized bench marks, review course progress
• Communicate with student, parents, teachers and site leadership
• Starting at $20.00 per hour

Associates degree would be preferable

Must have a High School Diploma

Must be 21 or older

Must have current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
