    Job DescriptionSalary: Compensation Based on Experience

    SIGN ON BONUS

    DeCook Excavating Inc, is a premier excavation contractor, provides commercial and residential excavation services and septic installation and repair in Rochester, MN and surrounding communities. Our focus on superior customer service and outstanding job quality drives everything we do. Come work for a quality rapidly growing company

    We are seeking Equipment Operators with 5+ Years Experience to help grow our company.

    Wages Rates: $25+/hour for Operators, with pay being based on experience.

    Job Requirements Includes:

    *Digging around high-profile congested utility areas

    *Checking & maintaining equipment to ensure it is in safe working order

    *Operating equipment of various sizes and weights to prepare worksite, excavations, and move materials

    *Working and adhereing to safe practices, procedures and work site or traffic laws

    *Perform pre and post trip inspections daily

    *Ability to work in all weather conditions

    *Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time and maneuver in small areas

    *Medical Health Card

    *Perform other duties as assigned

    *Candidates with great driving record preferred. CDL holders preferred, on the job CDL training also available.

    *Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
