Do you excel in maintaining professionalism while effectively handling collections? We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a consistent level of professionalism when engaging with patients/responsible parties.
  • Keep meticulous records of all accounts, including comprehensive documentation of collection efforts.
  • Generate correspondence using appropriate system letters based on account balance.
  • Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of collection methods and techniques is advantageous.
  • Successful completion of internal FDCPA and HIPAA training and testing.
  • Proficiency in internal Consumer Compliance training and testing (Data Security, FRCA, TCPA).
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively through short correspondence and memos.
  • Proven ability to communicate findings to patients and direct management.
  • Consistently achieve monthly team goals.
  • Timely handling of queued accounts.
  • Preferred 612 months of previous experience in customer service/phone support.
  • Formal training in the collections industry and familiarity with FDCPA regulations are advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work for prolonged periods while seated at a desk and using a computer.
  • Minimal travel required (up to 0%).
  • Requirement: Smartphone with the ability to download an authenticator app.
