Essential Duties/Tasks:

Blue Force Officers will provide a safe and secure environment for the client.
Blue Force Officers will support the clients they protect.
Responsible for the life safety and physical security of assigned client.
Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations.
Ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Build a safe and friendly setting for visitors and clients in a professional manner as well as safeguard client assets.
Observe for unusual activity and respond accordingly and safely to potential emergency situations on-site.
Display a positive and supportive attitude toward the customer-centric environment.
Sustain command presence and serve as a deterrent to possible criminal activity in the store. Customers should always be greeted upon entering the store and when possible, offered directions and/or information.
Communicates with Retail and Security Leadership for any inquiries or investigations.
Observe and report any suspicious activity to the Security Supervisor who will provide further direction or response.
Support Retail Leadership requests for escalated customer removal.
Remain alert to surroundings and proactively identify and communicate concerns to Retail Leadership.
Conduct periodic foot patrols within the proximity of the store to be of visual deterrence.
Assist with escorts, as needed.
All other duties, as assigned.

Required License/Certifications:

Must possess/maintain a valid BSIS Guard Card.
Must possess/maintain a valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit
Must possess/maintain a valid California Driver's License.

Working Environments/Physical Requirements:

Must be willing to go hands on.
Must be able to physically stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
May be required to lift up to 25 pounds, sit or stand for extended periods of time, and travel occasionally.
This is a physical job that requires the ability to work in different environments and terrains.
You are required to work inside and outside, regardless of weather conditions.
You are required to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays, and overtime, when needed.

Founder and Qualified Manager.
Ronald has spent 15 years as a deputy sheriff investigating crimes and arresting suspects. He also has 10 years working in the security industry as a regular security officer and in management positions.

Exsgar Andrade
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Exsgar has been in law enforcement since 2018 and is currently working as a detective. He started off as a patrol officer working for a big city in various assignments. He also spent 6 years in the military as a sergeant managing a squad of 8 soldiers.

Sinan Kuch
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Sinan, a former boxer, has been in the security industry for over 10 years. He has worked numerous positions in various security companies and has developed an eye for improving security companies.
