YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Theory and practice - closely intertwined. This is what you can expect in your dual study program, which is divided into 6 practical and 6 theoretical phases. At the university, you will acquire comprehensive business knowledge in small classes, which you can then apply in the following practical phases in our hospitality areas in Heimenkirch and Schongau (company restaurant, reception & gate, cheese shop, clothing service & room cleaning).
  • As a result, you will regularly commute between the lecture halls of the dual university in Ravensburg and your workplace in Heimenkirch. Assignments at our location in Schongau, in our administrative area, in production and logistics will complete your studies. This way, you can apply what you have learned and experience it in practice.
  • You will be actively involved in projects, gaining deep insights into our modern organization and operational processes.
  • During the practical phases, you will complete two project works and your bachelor's thesis.
  • Your advantages: You will usually work from Monday to Friday and benefit from our flexible working time models. In addition, there is a guarantee of employment for two years after your studies
