Meet and greet customers upon entry.- Provide service to customers who are seated and
drink menu's)
- Understand safety protocols for both staff and customers.
- Tidy up tables, counters regularly.
- Clean up glasses regularly
- Remove trash and wipe down drink spills
- Refill ice bins if needed
- Great deal of customer service to be able to speak to customers
- Be aware and keep track of our capacity limits and how many customers we have in the building.
- An understanding of crowd control.
- Report to a manager if it id believed a customer is heavily intoxicated as well as preventing intoxicated people from entering the restaurant
- Assist in whats asked of you from a manager.
