Role
Customer Service Support Team Member is truly a _team-based_ role. Team Members share and alternate in-house duties to provide consistent workflow for our Medical Billing Teams and Accounting.
Responsibilities
Customer Service Support Team Members will handle tasks including, but not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls and assist with over-the-phone-payments
- Upload of electronic charge and payment files to company's billing system for processing
- Batching and reconciliation of charges for billing
- A detailoriented individual that can gather and document information accurately
- Retrieving medical records
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail
Requirements:
- Reliability in daily attendance
- Answering incoming phone calls for patient payments
- Computer proficiency using multiple screens and programs
- Great communication and customer service skill set
- Comfortable working in an office setting
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
