    What You'll Do

    The Admissions Specialist will be responsible for providing superior customer experience while registering ANDMORE customers at the registration desk and ensuring that all requirements are met for admission. You will offer efficient customer care through providing accurate information regarding the facility and answering questions about events through face-to-face and/or email communication.
    • Greet and check in new and returning ANDMORE customers while inputting data into the registration computer system.
    • Provide both internal and external customers with accurate information regarding ANDMORE facilities, events and admissions policies via incoming telephone calls, email communications and face-to-face interactions.
    • Maintains an inventory of registration supplies.
    • Completes data entry projects for various departments throughout the company.
    • Cross train in Customer Relations and Call Center.
    • During markets, will supervise a team of up to 20 temporary employees.
    • Occasional weekend work required during markets.
    Qualifications
    • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
    • Typing and data entry skills
    • Customer service experience required.
    • 1-2 years registration related experience required.
    • Must be able to respond calmly and handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
