In a beautiful and child-friendly renovated old building in the heart of Altdorf near Nuremberg, 25 nursery and 63 kindergarten children currently have a loving second home: the Montessori Children's House.

To strengthen the team there, we are currently looking for a
qualified educator or childcare worker (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time, but at least 25 hours per week.

qualified as an educator and has
passion and heart for the job,
empathy and patience in dealing with children, and who
promotes our children's development and creativity in line with the pedagogy of Maria Montessori, and
curious for a new challenge, then we offer you the opportunity to
implement your pedagogical goals and ideas in a dedicated team,
bring in your personal strengths, and work with an
open-minded and motivated team.

We also offer a
salary based on TVÖD and relevant work experience,
30 vacation days per year,
participation in further training, and the
opportunity to become a certified Montessori educator.
