Responsibilities:

  • Managing personnel, organization, and finances of the kitchen at XXXLutz Restaurant
  • Monitoring sales and cost development
  • Ordering goods for optimal inventory management and participating in inventories
  • Menu planning
  • Ensuring smooth operations and quality assurance of our dishes
  • Adhering to hygiene regulations according to HACCP
  • Actively participating in daily operations
  • Training new employees

Qualifications:

  • Completed apprenticeship as a cook or several years of experience in the field
  • Professional and leadership experience in the system gastronomy industry
  • Preferably with a qualification as a trainer (AEVO) or willingness to obtain one with us
  • High performance and willingness to learn, as well as enjoyment in working with people
  • Business acumen and organizational skills
  • Confident, professional, and friendly demeanor
