Responsibilities:
- Managing personnel, organization, and finances of the kitchen at XXXLutz Restaurant
- Monitoring sales and cost development
- Ordering goods for optimal inventory management and participating in inventories
- Menu planning
- Ensuring smooth operations and quality assurance of our dishes
- Adhering to hygiene regulations according to HACCP
- Actively participating in daily operations
- Training new employees
Qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook or several years of experience in the field
- Professional and leadership experience in the system gastronomy industry
- Preferably with a qualification as a trainer (AEVO) or willingness to obtain one with us
- High performance and willingness to learn, as well as enjoyment in working with people
- Business acumen and organizational skills
- Confident, professional, and friendly demeanor
