What to expect:

You see yourself as a sparring partner and source of inspiration for executives and employees, providing advice on all personnelrelated issues such as labor, social, and collective bargaining law.
You actively shape forwardthinking human resources work and develop and improve our HR instruments.
You closely support executives in processes such as recruiting, contract management, personnel management, compensation, working time arrangements, and labor law matters.
For crosscutting HR topics, we rely on your input and dedicated collaboration for example, in personnel development and succession planning or needs analysis in personnel planning.
You actively contribute to the design and implementation of HR projects and concepts in the areas of organizational and change management, always keeping the needs of stakeholders in mind.
You promote good cooperation with the employee representation.

What you bring:

Completed university degree or comparable professional background.
You already have several years of experience in the HR field and possess strong consulting skills for finding and implementing solutions.
Ideally, you also have experience with both permanent and freelance employees and have an affinity for
