Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.


Duties:


  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
  • Manage reservations and walkin guests efficiently
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized dining area
  • Provide menus and relay accurate information regarding specials
  • Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth flow of service
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times
    Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations
  • Willingness to assist in various tasks to support the team

Pay:
$ $18.27 per hour


Shift:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift

Weekly day range:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • East Dundee, IL 60118: Relocate before starting work (required)
