Job Environment

The organizational unit "IT Operation and User Qualification" is responsible for the operational management of IT services, infrastructures, and solutions for decentralized facilities and ensures the appropriate qualification of IT users in handling the provided hardware and software products.

What You Can Achieve With Us

  • Your main task is the conception of qualification measures for different target groups (at LHM Services: among others, operations and support teams; at educational institutions: teachers, administrative staff, user support) in collaboration with subject matter experts and their regular adaptation to changes in a dynamic IT landscape.
  • You manage our training offerings (face-to-face courses, live online seminars, e-learning) in a learning management system (LMS) and ensure the regular implementation of standard trainings and their quality. This also includes the organizational handling of these tasks.
  • You support internal trainers in the methodological design of trainings and review training materials for clarity and suitability.
  • As part of projects, you moderate workshops and are responsible for the development (and, if necessary, implementation) of qualification concepts.
  • You create e-learning courses using an authoring tool
