Expected salary range of $153,900 to $171,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for execution of reactor and ISFSI project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage and on-line activities consistent with Exelon Nuclear and station goals.
Reinforces standards and expectations for Outage Services personnel and other personnel who interface with Outage Services to establish an error free and professional work environment.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform development of detailed plans, identification and assignment of personnel, and development of detailed work scope. Develop scope schedule and budget with the life cycle cost management system.
- Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation. Provide fiscal data and promote fiscal accountability among all project participants
- Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and promoting these improvement initiatives among all project participants at sites.
- Responsible to effectively communicate technical, financial, and work progress status to all levels of corporate and site management
- Reinforce appropriate fundamental behaviors in area of assigned responsibility. Includes administering coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and employees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BS in Technical discipline or OEM training as applies to discipline in reactor, turbine, or steam generator projects deemed equivalent
- 10 years nuclear plant experience
- Demonstrated technical leadership in refueling outages
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Senior Reactor Operator license ( BWR or PWR ) or certification preferred
- 5 years experience in supervision
