Our growing team is located remotely and on-site at our 30,000 square foot corporate headquarters in Horsham, PATherapyNotes is searching for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team of cloud-first technology enthusiasts. Support and improve the engineering platform and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment development pipeline containing technologies such as Azure PaaS, Docker containers, Jenkins, Octopus, Github, and more
Identify and champion opportunities for shortening release cycles, improving quality, optimizing the scale, and increasing the security of our delivered software
Improve site reliability through the implementation of detailed telemetry, based on leading and trailing indicators
Partner with other technical leaders to ensure all newly introduced systems are supportable and maintainable by both development and operations
Provides escalated technical guidance and support to other technology teams throughout the organization
Ensure all solutions and operational activities adhere to the security and operating policies established by the organization
Identify opportunities for improving service delivery or the health of the environment through process improvement and/or continual development of documentation and runbooks
5+ years of experience managing high volume SaaS CI/CD pipelines
~ Expert in Microsoft technologies such as Azure IaaS and Windows Server Core/2019+
~ Expert in Linux server systems administration such as RedHat, CentOS, and Debian
~ Proficiency in hybrid and cloud-based compute, storage, and containerization solutions (Azure & Docker preferred)
~ Proficiency in traditional and PaaS web application technologies such as Azure Web Apps, IIS, application load balancing
~ Proficiency with the Agile methodology, DevOps, Scrum, ITSM and/or ITIL principles
Project Management -Develops project plans, coordinates projects, communicates changes and progress, completes projects on time and budget, and manages project team activities.
