- In depth knowledge of AWS including the services mentioned above.
- Experience with IaC frameworks like CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, and container technologies like Docker.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) setups, and procedures.
- Proficiency with at least one of CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible
- Administrative automation using Python.
- Troubleshooting of server systems and network systems.
- Working knowledge of networking and DNS.
- Advanced skills in planning, designing and troubleshooting complex security environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Provide emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule (duty shared other engineers).
- Virtualization software such as Citrix or VMware.
- Load Balancer Management / Configuration
- Proficient in bash scripting to configure and maintain file transfers for business customers.
- Active Directory administration.
- Cisco networking devices.
- Familiarity with storage solutions.
- Relevant 4 year degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years experience in a related field is preferred but not required.

The DevOps Engineer's role is to handle day to day operations of our production environments, support our partner teams, and to maintain and work on the set up of any new components.
The individual fulfilling this role will help lead our migration to AWS, implement automation, and take part in maintaining our legacy infrastructure.
This position reports to the Head of DevOps.As a company we are transitioning from on premise infrastructure to AWS cloud services.
The candidate should expect to work heavily with AWS services including but not limited to EC2, Lambda, EKS, ECS, Fargate, S3, WAF, API Gateway, ALB/ELB, IAM, and CloudFormation.
In addition, supporting tools and services such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, SonarQube, Artifactory, and server OS can be expected.Must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and a team committed to building a great business, excited about technology and working in a very entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.
