Swimming Pool Service Technician

Pearson Pool Company is hiring for full-time work. We are seeking an individual who is reliable, positive, motivated, and hard-working who has a customer service focused attitude.

Our service techs are expected to take pride in the work performed and represent the company in a professional manner.

Once hired, a background check will be performed.


Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain swimming pools
• Perform water chemistry evaluation, add necessary chemicals
• Keep company provided truck clean, organized and stocked

Requirements:

• Valid CA driver's license and acceptable driving record, as determined by PPC.
• Able and willing to work in all weather conditions inc. rain, wind and excessive heat
• Able to swim
• Must be able to start at 7am and work overtime if needed
• Prior experience preferred, but we will train the right person
