This is your new task As an Account Manager* (m/f/d), you are the heart of our customer relationships. Your main task is to strengthen existing connections and establish new ones, in order to forge sustainable partnerships. You identify and realize business opportunities and promote our company's growth. Customer retention
- You regularly support existing and new customers to develop a trusting and long term partnership.
- Through effective visit planning and careful preparation and follow up, you lead convincing customer conversations and advise on our product portfolio, innovations, and services.
- Together with our inside sales team, you create and manage offers and negotiate conditions.
- You plan and manage the budget for your customer base in coordination with your supervisor.
