ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assists in crossoffice support for all business lines and directories for existing employee followup skill training models.
  • Participates and/or manage projects such as memo updates and OPSNET Manual enhancements and other improvement initiatives as requested.
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Reports.
  • Gathering information and compiling into summary reports for leadership.
  • Creating and using formulas on excel spreadsheets.
  • Taking Meeting Minutes
  • Must be able to research topics, compile data, and submit findings in a clear, concise manner.
  • Assist in system testing and compiling results.
  • Organizing schedules for an ongoing course in all offices.
  • Ability to work closely with management with confidential information.
  • Organizing evaluations and assessments for ongoing course development.
  • Create tests and surveys through the training portal.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft office, strong knowledge in Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be able to use good judgment
  • Must be able to multitask in a very, very fastpaced environment
  • Quality control: must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitor own work to ensure quality.
  • Adaptability: the individual should be easily adaptable to continual change in the work environment, manage competing demands, and able to deal with frequent change, delays, and unexpected events.
  • Must edit work for spelling and grammar, present numerical data effectively and be able to read and interpret written information
  • Coachability: Being receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embracing continuous improvement and is receptive and responsive to change
  • Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent fulltime work schedule.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School or Equivalent some college preferred

Pay:
$ $15.50 per hour
