    Employment Logistics: As a Supervisor for OnTrac, your leadership is essential in guiding a team of dedicated warehouse staff toward achieving daily targets and maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and safety.

    The Must-Haves:
    • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; college degree preferred.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience.
    • Industry experience; or less with military experience.
    • Small package sorting/conveyor system experience preferred.
    • Intermediate computer and math skills utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

    • Develop and implement procedures that optimize warehouse time and efficiencies.
    • Create work policies to enhance safety and time management.
    • Ensure local and corporate KPI's are being met while providing senior management with timely operational reviews and reports.
    • Directly supervise employees; including hiring, training, developing, and disciplining of employees.
