Sales Associate

Duties:

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right products
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends
Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner

Skills:

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in jewelry sales, technical sales, or electronics sales is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and track sales performance
