About the Supply Chain Operations Supervisor:

The Supply Chain Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Supply Chain Operations team.

The supervisor will assist in the daily supervision, training, and performance evaluation of Supply Chain Operations staff.

The individual in this position will be responsible for all issues related to maintaining inventory levels for both clinical and other supplies for the organization.

In coordination with the Procurement and Supply Chain Operations Manager, the supervisor of supply chain operations and clinical management will ensure compliance with federal, state local, AOPO, CMS, AATB, EBAA and FDA regulations.

This position is also responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and developing the Supply Chain Operations Team schedule, including managing PTO requests with the Procurement and Supply Chain Operations Manager.

Recommends and participates with the department leadership team in formulation and development of department strategies, tactics, goals, and implementation.
Reports all malfunctioning supplies and/or equipment to the appropriate entity.


Ensures communication in the department is effective including but not limited to daily operational information, staff meetings, facilitating staff feedback and suggestions.

Provides back-up coverage in the event of absences and/or periods of high work volume.


Establishes and maintains a department culture consistent with DNA's Core Values and in providing a consistently positive work experience for all staff.


Requirements:

Associate degree, some college, and/or related certifications/training.
2 years of related experience in inventory and/or supply chain operations
2 years of leadership experience including performance supervision

Preferred but not required:
Bachelor's Degree, 2 years of inventory management experience in a health care environment. Comprehensive knowledge around supply chain operations and performance supervision. Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology


Certification/License:

AZ Driver's License
