- Assist with permitting on ongoing and new projects
- Data entry with permitting forms
- Outbound calls for permits
- Provide administrative support to project teams throughout the office.
- Manage multiple conference room calendars for client meetings, training, etc.
- Maintain neatness throughout general office areas.
- Ability to coordinate large meetings as needed.
- Responsible for all registration request
- Monthly credit card reconciliation.
- Manage kitchen duties for entire office
- May order misc. items as needed for all Atwell facilities.
- May assist with special projects as needed.
- Assist with employee professional license renewals.
- Assist with new hire set-up
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Engineering industry/ permitting experience preferred
- Knowledge of internet and MS Office Suite
