YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

This role involves contributing to the creation and execution of enduring quality strategies. Identifying quality deficiencies, establishing reporting mechanisms to monitor quality enhancements, refining existing systems, outlining and prioritizing valuable quality initiatives, and presenting quality analysis outcomes to senior management.


WHAT WE SEEK

Requirements include a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science or medical technology from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of laboratory training or practical experience, focusing on non-waived testing within the specified specialty or subspecialty sectors for which the technical advisor is accountable.
Preference for Lean Six Sigma proficiency.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, goal setting and attainment, adeptness in embracing change, and proficient oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational proficiencies.
Proficiency in comprehending quality frameworks and processes, and the ability to make informed decisions utilizing robust analytical skills.
Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
