Responsibilities

Gain comprehensive insights into the practice through 3-month assignments in the central departments of our headquarters (human resources, sales, accounting, marketing, communications, logistics, and controlling)

Get to know the operational business of our Materials Services segment through a 3-month assignment at a branch of our subsidiaries in Essen or the surrounding area

Supplement practical training with attendance at vocational school (Robert-Schmidt-Berufskolleg, Essen) and in-house classes to prepare for the foreign language correspondent exam in English
