Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

Handles the meeting room setup needs and all support for the Events team. Attends touch base meetings with team to understand what is happening with events for the day and few days coming.

Understand how to prioritize the event orders and the importance of completing the tickets on time. Additionally, knows when to ask for additional help based on the volume of orders and scope of jobs.

Creates event floor plans as requested from the event team.

Works overtime as needed due to large number of events for the building.

Works directly with the teams in the meeting rooms to coordinate logistics of room setups and helps gather the supplies they need to setup or tear down their meeting items from the rooms. (Building relationships with the client). Reports back to the Event Planner to ensure team is aligned.

Assists the entire WD+C team with additional support during busy times and special projects in the building.

Responsible for quarterly master inventory list of furniture and event equipment for the building. Additionally, is responsible for keeping the storage areas organized.

Inspect all conference rooms, meeting locations and building common areas as needed to ensure the standard equipment assigned/installed to specific locations is in good working order. If not, places informs team members through Corrigo ticket system.

Assists with Fooda vendors when entering and departing the building. Ensures vendors are compliant with uniform and helps them with any needs for setup (power, ice, etc.) Additionally, tracks any feedback related to the vendor (popular, easy/difficult to work with, sold out of food items with times etc.)

Provide exceptional customer service and be proficient in all Client Experience Technologies

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be able to lift 40 pounds

Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.

Strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Strong verbal, written, organizational, time management and interpersonal communication skills
