- Responsible for providing regulatory content of label copy for all products.
- Act as a compliance partner, supporting the regulatory analysts to help provide sound regulatory guidance to project teams.
- Review and approve formulas and ingredients for compliance.
- Create final Label Content, including substantiated claims, compliant nutrition facts & ingredient statements as well as all other U.S. and/or Canada mandated label content.
- University degree in a scientific field (minimum B.S., Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Toxicology, Nutrition,) preferred.
- A minimum of 6 months to 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs of a Consumer Products Company with working knowledge of U.S. FDA labeling regulations as published in 21 CFR Parts
- Exceptional team player with willingness and propensity for collaboration and relationship building.
- Ability to anticipate and address issues in a proactive manner.
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
