Part-Time Technician for Snap Maker Artisan 3-in-1 Work Center

Position Title:
Technician, Snap Maker Artisan Work Center

Key Responsibilities:

Setup and Configuration: Prepare and configure the Snap Maker Artisan for various tasks, including 3D printing, laser cutting, and CNC milling. Using a dedicated laptop and software interface alignments.

Operation: Safely operate the machine to produce parts and designs as specified in project plans. Ensure that all outputs meet quality standards and project specifications.

Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the machine operates efficiently without downtime. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.

Project Support: Collaborate with biz owner to understand design requirements and adjust machine settings accordingly. Provide technical support and advice on optimizing design for manufacturability.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures related to the use of 3D printers, laser cutters, and CNC milling machines. Conduct regular safety checks on equipment.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience with 3D printing, laser etching/cutting, and CNC milling.
• Familiarity with Snap Maker Artisan 3in1 Work Center or similar multifunctional fabrication equipment.
• Strong technical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret design files and technical documents.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work alone for periods of time.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
