Position:
Team Leader for General (Indirect) Procurement (m/f/d)

What you'll be doing:

Leading a team and shaping, developing, and managing work content and processes in the area of responsibility, while adhering to procurement, contract, and pricing laws and HIL GmbH's organizational instructions
Optimizing procurement processes
Developing procurement strategies and creating continuous category and supplier management within the assigned category, ensuring optimal supplier connections
Conducting goaloriented planning and management of procurement objectives according to the department's guidelines
Creating procurement analyses and expanding procurement controlling in general procurement
Implementing market analyses and forecasts in collaboration with the team
Expanding the catalog management system

What you'll need:

Completed vocational training and certified specialized training or a university degree (business administration, industrial engineering, public administration)
At least 3 years of leadership experience
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP MM
Good knowledge
