Technical Sales

Summary:

ARC Specialties, manufacturer of robotic and automated machinery needs an experienced Technical Sales representative.

This position will include working with customers to understand project scope and requirements, working with engineers to develop a viable solution, contacting vendors for pricing, preparing estimated project cost reports, creating project concept drawings, preparing of budgetary and final project proposals.

Light domestic and international travel will be required. This is a full time salary position with benefits.


Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent customer interface and writing skills are essential
• Competent with Word, Excel and CRM software
• Inventor or Solid Works 3D modeling skills are desirable
• Broad experience in the design and estimating of complex industrial control systems
• Demonstrated ability to present highly technical solutions and recommendations to a variety of audiences.
• Comfortable and familiar with manufacturing technologies and environments
• Able to work closely with engineers to develop proposal documentation
• Able to travel domestically and internationally
