Description

The Customer Service Representative will be expected to represent the clinic to patients, insurance companies, local companies, attorneys, front line staff and providers to ensure efficient claims submissions and statement processing for services rendered by Sansum Clinic providers as well as contract providers.

They will answer a high volume of patient phone calls and perform clerical duties.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in an accounting or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of insurance billing procedures
