MuM (People among People) supports people with disabilities in and around the city and district of Ansbach as a non-profit organization for child, youth, and integration assistance.

Starting in June 2024, we are looking for you to join our Specialized Services for Outpatient Assistance (school support and outpatient assisted living) for 30-35 hours per week.

Your tasks with us:

  • Professional advice and support for employees, teachers, family members, and clients
  • Ensuring and developing pedagogical quality
  • Reporting and documentation
  • Contact with funding agencies (district, youth welfare office)
  • Preparation for and participation in care planning meetings/person conferences
  • Organization and moderation of team meetings
  • Organization of substitutes
  • Participation in personnel planning

You bring with you:

  • A completed degree in social work, childhood education, pedagogy, or special education, or you are an educator/special education teacher with professional experience
  • Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
  • Communication skills and team spirit
