MVP Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is seeking dependable and motivated team members.

As a Dispatcher, you will provide support to our Delivery Associates and Management Team.


We are currently hiring full-time Dispatchers for our Middlesex (DNK7) location.

The responsibilities of the Dispatcher include:

• 
  Managing scheduling, dispatch, and route assignments

Informing the Operations Team Lead (OTR) of any route or traffic issues
:

Continuously training, monitoring, and coaching delivery associates
:

Analyzing the DA Scorecard to identify areas for improvement
:

Ensuring all DAs are logged into tracking systems daily
:

Monitoring DAs' daily progress and activity while on the road
:

Tracking metrics and incentives to ensure delivery performance meets or exceeds expectations
:

Collecting and maintaining inventory, including pouches, devices, dollies, van keys, gas cards, and chargers
:

Discussing any route problems, missing packages, or driver issues with the OTR when drivers return to the station
:

Serving as a delivery associate when required
:

Conducting daily vehicle inspections after the End of Route
:

Performing regular fleet maintenance
:

Recognizing and rewarding drivers with good performance and encouraging those with new ideas to improve on a daily basis, while coaching drivers with poor performance on how to improve.

Dispatcher position requirements:

Amazon and MVPG prioritize the health and safety of their employees. They consult with medical and health experts and take recommended precautions to maintain a safe work environment.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license for the state of employment (a commercial driver's license (CDL) is not mandatory).
• Should be able to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.

An Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) is a local independent delivery organization that works in partnership with Amazon to facilitate the delivery of numerous packages to customers every day.

When you work for a DSP, such as MVP Logistics, you are a direct employee of the delivery organization that operates out of a local Amazon delivery station.
