About the role


EliseAI is looking for an Office Assistant who will work closely with our Office Manager to support them in an administrative capacity.

This role will be vital to supporting and maintaining the office experience for all EliseAI employees.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the office, including maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of workspace
  • Provide daily care for the CEO's inoffice dog, including feeding, walking, grooming, and ensuring the dog's wellbeing and comfort throughout the day.
  • Stock and maintain the kitchen with snacks, beverages, utensils, and cleaning supplies.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, wiping counters, and disposing of trash.
  • Monitor office supply levels and maintain inventory list Place orders for office supplies, equipment, and other materials, ensuring timely delivery
  • Set up and organize the daily group lunch order through Grubhub Corporate
  • Organize common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces to create a neat and professional environment for employees and visitors.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel or vendors for resolution.
  • Assist with ad hoc facilities support, including office /seating arrangements and moves
  • Provide general assistance to employees and visitors, including directing inquiries and offering hospitality services as needed.

Job Compensation Range:

The hourly rate for this role is $25-35/hour. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package.

Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
