Description
Duties:
- Plan and organize effective, fun and creative lacrosse practices for campers aged between 71
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all campers and staff
- Provide leadership and guidance to camp staff
- Create a positive and inclusive camp environment
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding camp updates and information
Skills:
- Classroom management: Ability to effectively manage a group of children in an educational setting.
- Experience with children: Previous experience working with children in a professional or volunteer capacity
- Coaching: Ability to coach lacrosse in all aspects to a variety of age ranges from 71
- Communication skills: Effective communication skills to both staff and parents.
- Teamwork skills: Ability to work within a teamlike setting and be a leader and role model for all.
Summary
