Your New Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Insights Analyst, Product Insights & Enablement to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving product insights and reviewing key KPI's on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

As a Business Analyst, you will be a critical thought partner supporting product team stakeholders, you will make the best of your skillset in analytics, BI, and statistics to drive strategic insights, analytics, and impact in support of the product lifecycle and continually improve how our customers experience Max.

Your efforts will help us scale to >100m customers and become a worldwide top 3 streaming company.

You will be a key member of the Core Product team responsible for evolving and innovating our streaming services Max and discovery+.


Your Role Accountabilities

As a key contributor at WBD, you will:

  • Translate business goals into insightful analytics, create value for both stakeholders and customers, and convey findings in a clear, actionable way to product managers and senior leaders.
  • Proactively interact with the stakeholders and support them on prioritized initiatives through datadriven A/B tests at scale, and analytical exercises (preliminary data analysis, detailed data analysis, insights and reporting).
  • Coordinate with analytics & data engineering teams to implement new metrics to track and drive improvements to the data environment.
  • Explore new areas of opportunities to drive value and growth goals forward and coordinate with key stakeholders to prioritize and lead the changes.
  • Monitor existing metrics, develop and propose new metrics, and work across the organization to make actionable intelligence available to your stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with Looker and Tableau.
  • Good understanding of the media landscape and experience with subscriber products is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to solving practical problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide insight and accurate judgment in addressing and resolving challenges and opportunities.
  • Sound knowledge of Machine learning algorithms / statistics / data mining and research methods.
  • Strong people leadership skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the following areas: Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields.
  • Handson expertise using statistical analysis and data manipulation software/tools (e.g. SAS, SQL).
  • Experience developing executivelevel analysis, monthly and quarterly, with clear, succinct insights.
  • Proven success identifying behavior trends across pages to deliver recommendations on best user experience.
