We are currently looking for a Junior Consultant for Enterprise and IT Service Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Consulting clients on Enterprise and IT Service Management
  • Supporting the implementation of ITSM and ESM projects
  • Performing project management tasks as a project assistant
  • Preparing, conducting, and following up on workshops on ITSM and ESM topics
  • Creating internal concepts
  • Describing and implementing management of change measures
  • Coordinating and communicating with clients
  • Sales support
  • Administrative tasks related to client projects
