Your Responsibilities:


  • Leading a team of 2 HR Business Partners and 5 colleagues in the Center of Excellence (focus areas: recruiting, talent management, labor law & health management)
  • Acting as a contact person for the management team for strategic issues, realignments, and further developments
  • Integrating new companies into our organizational structure, including harmonizing HR processes and structures
  • Providing strategic advice and development for the HR department together with the entire team
  • Coordinating and being responsible for the personnel budget
  • Being a driver for new trends, both within the HR department and externally, such as expanding health management, new way of work, etc.
  • Assisting with the implementation of the global HRIS Workday in 202
  • Participating in international projects and meetings
